It’s important to highlight that Persian Mavis raisins have seeds. The distinctive feature of mavis raisins, setting them apart from other raisin varieties, is their unique black color and robust, meaty flesh texture.

The production of mavis raisins can employ either sun-drying or shade-drying methods, ensuring flexibility in meeting various preferences.
